FLAT RATE 10€ worldwide on all orders under 99€

​I ship internationally from France and try to ship as a "letter" so that no one will pay for import taxes. However, I can not control if your local post office will ask for fees especially as each country has its own policies which are changing all the time. It's frustrating, yes, but it's out of my control.

I generally ship within 2 working days and I take the utmost care to package each order carefully including taking photos of the packages before they leave my studio. If your order does not arrive within 2 weeks, contact me but if it arrives damaged, you can make a complaint to your local postal service. Thank you for your understanding.

 

 

Refund Policy

Due to the handmade nature of the products, I am unable to accepts refunds. Photos and videos, when applicable are shown for each product to provide the best possible view of what the product will look like in real life. If you would like me to send you additional photos before your purchase, just contact me. Custom orders can ONLY be cancelled within 48 hours of command.
